kairat_kushaev 14ada832c4 Add create-suspend-resume-delete stack scenario 
The patch includes create-suspend-resume-delete scenario
with samples and unit tests. The scenario allows to test the
following typical steps:
- User creates a stack in Heat
- User suspends the stack
- User resumes the stack from previous step
- User deletes the stack
