Anton Studenov 76f3bb9fb2 [Validator] Add validator plugin base
* Added jsonschema validator
* Added scenario args validator
* Scenario.validate replaced by new mixin
* Old validators wrapped into new plugin class
* Added deprecated version of "required_openstack"
