Juha Kosonen 64f3a57c4c Add new Gnocchi scenarios
This patch is based on [1] and adds following scenarios:

GnocchiArchivePolicyRule.list_archive_policy_rule
GnocchiArchivePolicyRule.create_archive_policy_rule
GnocchiArchivePolicyRule.create_delete_archive_policy_rule
