Andrey Kurilin bec228a7f7 [envs] Creating a spec from system environment variables Deployment component had a noce hardcoded to openstack feature - create a specification based on system environment variables. Rally plugins for OpenStack platform

Usage

# Install this package (will install rally if not installed)
pip install rally-openstack

# List all installed plugins
rally plugin --platform openstack

# Create OpenStack Env

cat <<EOT >> env.yaml
