This commit adds three new scenarios for neutron trunk port testing.
Also involves some minor refactor of existing
NeutronTrunks.create_and_list_trunks scenario.

Rally plugins for OpenStack platform

Usage

# Install this package (will install rally if not installed)
pip install rally-openstack

# List all installed plugins
rally plugin list --platform openstack

# Create OpenStack Env
