Anton Studenov 7792aa71b7 [Core] Create new plugin based class for credentials
* Moved credential class from rally.objects to rally.deployment.
* Added OpenStackCredential plugin.
* Simplified getting of osclients.
* Enabled client caching on OpenStackCredential plugin.
