Use base packages: 1) cliutils - we will use it for cli application 2) oslo.config - it is used as dependency injecton and also contains some code related to cli app 3) gettextutils - translations 4) importutils - dynmical imports 5) jsonutils - we will use it for validations and such things 6) log - for logging 7) timeutils - will be 100% used somewhere
