Sergey Skripnick a36de3a119 Fix RALLY_SCENARIO filename in rally-gate.py
Script rally-gate.py is designed to work if RALLY_SCENARIO
does contain scenario filename with extension.

It should work if there is no extension in  RALLY_SCENARIO
as done in OpenStack infra scripts.
