[dragonflow] Set eol to Dragonflow Ocata

Dragonflow is not listed under deliverables of ocata, however it has
stable/ocata branch open.

This patch adds dragonflow under ocata deliverables just to make it
possible to tag it with ocata-eol and delete the branch.
