ansible-role-redhat-subscription 1.0.2 version.

Also remove ansible-role-redhat-subscription from rocky
and stein deliverables, as it folows up an independent
release model. The role is being used in multiple releases
pike/queens/rocky/stein and as a wrapper of the
subscription-manager tool, the releases will not necessarily
match the OpenStack release cycle.
