Release python-brick-cinderclient-ext 0.6.0

The currently python-brick-cinderclient-ext does not
work with the latest release of os-brick (2.1.0).
This release includes a fix to remove deprecated
constants and move to using the appropriate
constants.

There is an update to dependencies included so doing
this a feature release bumping 0.5.0 to 0.6.0.
