Subject: [PATCH] Revert "Fix ovsdbapp branch point for stable/rocky"

Creating the branch failed because the image on the server to prepare it
still contains a version of the repo with the old branch. We will try again
tomorrow with new images.

This reverts commit 86fafe61e7566a182e9fc761390435997e1bb934.
