Release OSC 5.6.2 as hotfix to fix the gate

recently we dropped munch lib from SDK. OSC was not having it directly
in own requirements.txt and this is now causing devstack jobs in xena to
fail sicnce they use laster openstacksdk, but old OSC which just doesn't
pull munch.
