Emilien Macchi 4be7fcc360 Updating tags for TripleO Ansible roles ...

1. Cleanup

ansible-role-tripleo-modify-image and ansible-role-container-registry
are indepenpent, we don't want branch them and only produce tags at this
point.

2. New tags

ansible-role-chrony: Release 1.0.0, the role is now used by default in
Stein and proved to work fine.

ansible-role-container-registry: release 1.1.0

ansible-role-redhat-subscription: release 1.0.3
