Daniel Mellado c8aa0a6458 Release kuryr-tempest-plugin 0.2.0 ...

This tag adds the following functionalities:
  - Include ssl certificates
  - port pools tests.

Even if the plugin is branchless due to reqs this would be the final tag
to be used against stable/queens main repos.
