
pyscss is now maintained by support of horizon team so we can move back to pyscss from pyscss2 (fork). It looks better to cut a new release of horizon to avoid pyscss2 usage including lower-constraints in horizon plugins. Change-Id: If9eedc7fd3881c46bfd77d2f87339157c371995d
