Next attempt at releasing pylockfile. 0.12.0 and
0.12.1 did not end up on pypi.
0.12.0 - pypi-extract-universal.py used an old config option
[wheel]/universal and did not support the newer
[bdist_wheel/universal. We tried to fix this in
change id:

0.12.1 - We tried this with the same SHA which failed again
as there was a typo in the previous change. The new
fix as made in:

Another problem was that gate-releases-tox-validate was
tripping when we used the same SHA for 0.12.0 and 0.12.1
So we touched up the README.rst of pylockfile to change
the SHA to make a new release for 0.12.2. Also, since
0.12.0 and 0.12.1 did not end up on pypi, we don't need
to list them here as well.
