There hasn't been a release of swift-bench for 7 years or so. Worse, the current released version, 1.2.0, doesn't support python3. Although the master branch has supported python3 for a while. Swift-bench isn't the most active repository, however there have been some great improvements to it over the years. So let's get a new py3 version out into the wild.
