Change I1456592745c2 put the train branch of cinderlib into Extended Maintenance. A recent change, Ibd9f425e2cb7, got the CI running again, but it is running only unit tests and pep8. All changes into the stable/train branch since it was tagged -em have been non-functional, which we interpret to mean that there is no demand for keeping this branch open. Thus we propose that the branch be tagged train-eol and then be deleted. Change-Id: I25d78267ab4a49d3fe6bf54b7ad40e64a55a4609
