This bumps python-cinderclient to 3.3.0 and with the change come a number of features. The following microversions are merged: - MV 3.45 -- Add support for with_count to list volume, backup and snapshot. - MV 3.46 -- Support create bootable volume from nova 0 size image. - MV 3.47 -- Add create volume from backup support. - MV 3.48 -- Adds support for shared_targets.
