First release of etcd3gw under the openstack umbrella, support of
python 2 has been dropped so this is why I released a major version.
However I don't know how far we could consider etcd3gw as stable.
Proposing a new minor version of oslo.reports, oslo.log, and
oslo.rootwrap as py2 stuffs (conditions, six, etc...) have been cleaned.
