Jay S. Bryant 8218e60fb6 Release python-brick-cinderclient-ext 0.7.0 ...

This release includes a fix that for the new Cinder
attach API's.  The brick-cinderclient-ext hadn't been
updated to use attachment.complete(attachment_id) as is
required for microversion 3.44.  This release adds the new
complete call.

Making it a feature release for updated dependencies and
added suuport for attachment.complete .
