oslo.db 4.34.0 broke some consuming projects that relied on the fixtures provided for testing. We need a new oslo.db release with the recent requirements fix to address this. Change-Id: I03d9f67a8015ecec0a0627dd3eef998c3eb56534 Related-Bug: 1756352
