Fixes applied for automated upper-constraints.txt update:

Keep version specific pins for:

- alabaster
- Pint
- networkx
- scipy
- async-timeout
- exceptiongroup
- daiquiri
- numpy
- Sphinx
- tomli
- importlib-metadata

Pin versions for packages that are not ready for updating:

- pytest
- infoblox-client
- pysnmp-lextudio
