Javier Pena 5ae343cd04 os-xenapi: use stestr instead of os-testr, disable doc build ... All OpenStack projects have migrated from os-testr to stestr, and os-xenapi is a notable exception. We can use stestr anyway to run unit tests, removing the need for os-testr as a build requirement. Also, os-xenapi still requires oslosphinx to build its documentation.
