Updating Ubuntu Server version in devstack doc
Since the link referenced to get the Ubuntu server image serves-up 14.04, I have updated the doc to reference that version as well. Change-Id: Id8b8c623a3275f9a900257db301c074df86f639d Partial-Bug: #1490687
