Erik Olof Gunnar Andersson de1ab6d96b Fixed sqlalchemy 2.x support ... Re-arranged sessions to always be at the top level to make it easier to know the origin of the current session. This is important now that we no longer have autocommit enabled. - Added zuul job testing sqlalchemy 2.x. - Added new db api for service cleanup. - Removed broken sqlite cleanup step during testing.
