+ senlin-db-recreate
    - This script drops the Ssenlin database from mysql in the case of developer
      data corruption or erasing Senlin.
    - Users are expected to customize the 'MYSQL_ROOT_PW' and 'MYSQL_SENLIN_PW'
      according to their deployments
