yanyanhu 3b1b9ff9ab Fix TZAwareDateTime
This patch fixes implementation of TZAwareDateTime sqlalchemy
type: time in arbitrary timezone will be normalized to UTC time
object before being stored if db backend type is mysql.
It also adds Unit test for TZAwareDateTime.
