This patch fixes implementation of TZAwareDateTime sqlalchemy type: time in arbitrary timezone will be normalized to UTC time object before being stored if db backend type is mysql. It also adds Unit test for TZAwareDateTime. Change-Id: Ib3b1a462e825863a313cdbfdca3d69541065be2e Closes-Bug: #1588124
