The guide is broken into three parts as follows:
A language independent guide and two language specific
complimentary guides.

While at it the programming model UML was
simplified to include only what the storlet
writer should care about.

Bonus 1: Adjusted all docs to use the same heading
         format
Bonus 2: Moved to archive two outdated .rst to archive
