Keystone v2 api is now deprecated, and we should use v3 instead.
This patch migrates keystone api version used in ansible playbooks
from v2 to v3, to follow the OpenStack standard.
Swift cli calls as well as relevant docs were updated
accordingly
the use of the word tenant was replaced with project
accross all instllation files, except the management
subdir, which is being deleted in another patch
