Takashi Kajinami 31a93b2e15 Create an executable file for daemon_factory ...

This patch introduces an executable file for damon_factory
process under /usr/local/bin, which is splitted out from
previous python code under /usr/local/lib.

This patch also introduces storlets_agent package for agent
programs inside docker container, which will include codes
for python storlet application support in the future.
