Chi Wai Chan a9cefc4b3d Add exclude list to tempest-k8s ... Tempest k8s used non-admin test accounts to run tests for security purpose. However, this caused some tests to fail because they assumed an admin credentials. This patch creates a non-exhaustive list of the tests that require admin credentials, and pass to tempest to ignore those test cases.
