Ilya Etingof e24fe5afc0 Rebase cliff commands onto common Command and Lister bases ...

CLI syntax changed to reflect underlying `cliff` customs. The
following commands now supported:

  sushycli system power show
  sushycli system power on
  sushycli system power off
  sushycli version show
