Debayan Ray bdce45aa43 Add manager resource
This patch adds the Manager/ManagerCollection resource. Manager
resource will provide information about remote access controls like
serial console, command shell, graphical console etc. It will also
serve as the gateway to virtual media, ethernet interfaces (NICs)
information.
'ResetActionField' moved to a new file, "resources/common.py",
to be reused both by system and manager resource. Necessary changes
are also made to the usage documentation page pertaining to Manager
resource.

Sushy

Sushy is a Python library to communicate with Redfish based systems.

The goal of the library is to be extremely simple, small, have as few dependencies as possible and be very conservative when dealing with BMCs by issuing just enough requests to it (BMCs are very flaky).

Therefore, the scope of the library has been limited to what is supported by the OpenStack Ironic project. As the project grows and more features from Redfish are needed we can expand Sushy to fullfil those requirements.
