Alistair Coles 0cc9a66cc7 crypto - test varying proxy pipeline configs
Adds unit tests to verify behaviour when crypto
middleware is added/removed from proxy server pipeline.

Re-uses test infrastructure from unit/proxy/test_server.py
by moving it to unit/helpers.py
