Mehdi Abaakouk bf8689474a monkeypatch thread for keystoneclient
keystoneclient uses threading.Lock(), but swift doesn't
monkeypatch threading, this result in lockup when two
greenthreads try to acquire a non green lock.

This change fixes that.
