janonymous c366ecf5c8 Fix a minor python issue related with string.split

Replacing string.split(value, ',') with value.split(','):
the string.split() function was removed in Python 3

rebuild the .mo with msgfmt (included with GNU gettext)

    msgfmt eo.po
