Charles Neill d2206615cb Simplify Glance and Neutron extension clients ... This patch modifies the Glance and Neutron extension clients to use the Syntribos identity extension for retrieving tokens. This allows us to modify the Syntribos identity extension as needed, without editing all other extensions, and simplifies the code for these clients.
