The 5.0.0 release includes new features based on ETSI NFV-SOL
Release2 specifications. The major changes are:
- Day2 operations for Cloud-native Network Function (CNF).
`Scale operation for CNF`_ and `Heal operation for CNF`_ with
ETSI NFV-SOL003 v2.6.1 are supported.
