Ai Hamano 83ac74ff32 Update "Tacker Architecture" document ...

This patch updates the "Tacker Architecture" document and
fixes the formatting throughout.

The main changes are as follows:
 1. Clarification of Tacker's ETSI NFV interpretation
 2. Explanation of Tacker's complex structure
