The Tacker API now runs under a WSGI server such as uWSGI using the
tacker.api.wsgi.api:application WSGI application, so remove the
deprecated eventlet based standalone server:
- Remove the tacker-server console script and the tacker.cmd.eventlet
package including the process wide eventlet.monkey_patch() call in
tacker.common.eventlet_utils.
- Remove the eventlet wsgi Server class from tacker.wsgi together with
its socket options (backlog, tcp_keepidle, retry_until_window,
max_header_line, use_ssl and the ssl_* options). The eventlet free
helpers used by the v1 APIs (Request, serializers, Router, Resource
and so on) are kept as is.
- Remove WsgiService, TackerApiService and serve_wsgi from
tacker.service, and the now unused bind_host, bind_port and
api_workers options. The listen address and the number of workers
are configured on the WSGI server side.
- Drop the eventlet fallback (TACKER_USE_UWSGI=False) from the
devstack plugin and update the sample systemd unit to launch the
API with uWSGI.
