* Since tosca-parser 2.13.0 added validation of relationship
occurrences, and defaults a requirement definition without an
explicit "occurrences" to [1, UNBOUNDED], but sample VNF node types
declare virtual_link_internal without occurrences and onboarding
fails with InvalidCSAR. So, declare occurrences: [ 0, UNBOUNDED ] on
the requirement.
* The v2 getting started tutorial then creates the UserData script as
UserData/lcm_user_data.py, but the sample request shipped with it asks
for ./UserData/userdata_standard.py, so instantiation fails with
`ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'UserData.userdata_standard'`.
