Since the usage of resource for FTs has been quite large and a proposal
for easing the situation has been suggested in [1], we'll introduce
periodic jobs for the tests which are not under active development or
and also applied usecases since it's enough to run only fundamental
usecases when a new patch is uploaded. The following tests are moved
to periodic jobs.
