Yasufumi Ogawa 15ea1511d7 Add VIM config generator ... This update is to introduce a helper script and its docs for generating VIM configuration. It reduces the number of steps for setting up Tacker. It is also expected to reduce the lines of codes or some template files of VIM configuration.
