Cong Phuoc Hoang a546f58868 Add support symmetric parameter in VNFFG ...

This patch address
1. Update Symmetric Port Chains by setting 'symmetric=True' as
'chain_parameters' key and value pair.
2. Remove 'symmetrical' in flow-classifier functions.
3. Update the doc and VNFFG samples
