Luigi Toscano 406633de54 Use conf volume backends in test_volume_migrate_attached*
While the older test_volume_retype_attached* tests used the volume
backends configured in tempest.conf, the newer
test_volume_migrate_attached* did not. This broke the user expectation
(the backend variables was still used to decide whether to run the
tests or not) and it made them less consistent with the other tests
and not very useful to test the operation between specific backends.
