Due to constraints update(rpds-py) in requirements, Tempest master stopped working on python 3.10, which blocks the tempest master gate as well as the stable/2025.1 Ubuntu Jammy jobs. - https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/requirements/+/990790 As python 3.10 is not in current cycle (2026.2) testing runtime, we need to drop its support from tempest master and use the compatible tempest tag for python 3.10 testing. Tempest drops python3.10 support and pythin 3.10 jobs (ubuntu jammy jobs) can use the 46.3.0 tag to test it.
