Ghanshyam Mann 721aeca8ef Unskip Device detach compute tests on Focal 
During migrating the testing to Ubutnu Focal,
we skipped few device detach tests due to bug#1882521
- https://review.opendev.org/#/c/734700/8

Now Nova bug#1882521 is fixed so let's unskip those tests.

Tempest - The OpenStack Integration Test Suite

This is a set of integration tests to be run against a live OpenStack cluster. Tempest has batteries of tests for OpenStack API validation, scenarios, and other specific tests useful in validating an OpenStack deployment.
