jskunda 76db176c7e Fix security vulnerabilities using Bandit 
Tempest was using:
-python module xml.etree[1],

It was vulnerable to different atacks.

Instead of xml.etree.ElementTree tempest is now using
defusedxml.ElementTree which is more secure.

Tempest - The OpenStack Integration Test Suite

This is a set of integration tests to be run against a live OpenStack cluster. Tempest has batteries of tests for OpenStack API validation, scenarios, and other specific tests useful in validating an OpenStack deployment.
